Follow these steps if you receive this error message when linking your platform account to your Epic Games Account.
- Sign-in with your Epic Games Account
Be sure to select Sign In With Epic Games - If unable to sign-in with the Sign In with Epic Games button check out this article: How do I upgrade a platform account to a full Epic Games account?
- Unlink the platform from that Epic Games account
- Go to rocketleague.com/activate
- Select Log In
- Select Sign In With Epic Games
- Log in using your main Epic Games Account
- Select Login And Connect for the platform you wish to connect
- Once connected, you can change your Primary Platform
