How do I fix a runtime or NTDLL error when starting Rocket League?

If you get a Runtime or NTDLL error, this indicates a corrupt Rocket League save file. This can happen if you force close, Rocket League crashes, or installed mods that affect the save data.

To resolve this error, try deleting the Cache folder:

  1. Click the Yellow folder icon in the lower left corner to open File Explorer.
  2. Click Documents in the left-hand column.
  3. Double-click on My Games.
  4. Double-click on Rocket League.
  5. Double-click on TAGame.
  6. Right-click on Cache.
  7. Select Delete.
  8. Launch Rocket League.
