How do I update Internet Explorer security protocol to solve Rocket League issues?

If you are experiencing problems connecting, you may need to update your security protocols. We suggest disabling certificate revocation, SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0. You should also enable TLS 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2.

To upgrade your security protocols:

1. Close Rocket League.
2. Press the Windows Key on the keyboard.
3. Use the search bar and enter Internet Options.
4. Once in the Internet Options window, select the Content tab.
5. Click the Clear SSL state button.
6. Press OK on the popup confirmation window.
7. Select the Advanced tab.
8. Scroll down to find the SSL and TLS checkboxes.
9. Uncheck the boxes labeled:
   • Check for publisher’s certificate revocation
   • Check for server certificate revocation*
   • Use SSL 2.0
   • Use SSL 3.0
10. Check the boxes labeled:
    • Use TLS 1.0
    • Use TLS 1.1
    • Use TLS 1.2
11. Select Apply.
