A lock icon next to Rocket League on PS4 usually indicates a game licensing issue. Rocket League will not be able to start until this issue is fixed.
This often indicates that PlayStation isn’t sure how the game was purchased.
Try the following:
- Make sure that you are logged into the PlayStation account that was used to purchase Rocket League.
- Activate as Your Primary PS4 to make sure your PlayStation account has been fully activated.
- Try Restoring Your Licenses to fix this issue.
